1. Our online support function answers technical questions 24/7 in a variety of ways:
* Answers to frequently asked questions are posted under FAQs
* The “contact us”  function allows you to submit a question/problem via email.
2. Our on-call center provides assistance at 1-800-998-3577. Depending on the nature of the call, there may be an additional charge for support outside our normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm MST M-F).
3. A secure portal on our site provides access to educational materials.
