Kathryn Zuber

Vice President of Human Resources

With over 25 years experience in all areas of HR functions with a diverse set of organizations, Kathryn is uniquely qualified to maximize the potential of ProfitStreams’  people resources.

At RF MicroDevices, she developed HR functions in international locations as well as managed the impacts of the acquisition of the firm, while achieving cost savings and increased efficiency throughout the organization.  Kathryn also has had diverse HR experience with SpectraLink, Intrado Boulder and Apollo Group (University of Phoenix), in addition to consulting with Human Resource Partners.

Kathryn holds a M.A. in Organizational Management and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Colorado Human Resource Association and Women’s Vision Foundation.
