Kim is known as an innovative thought leader whose expertise has driven payment industry innovations at leading Fortune 500 companies, including First Data Corporation, American Express and JC Penney Business Services (Alliance Data).

Kim served on the Innovation Leadership Council at First Data, where she drove company-wide new market entries and new products. As the VP of Prepaid Client Relationships, Kim managed 200 of the largest prepaid programs, including Wal-Mart, Starbucks, McDonald’s, as well as open loop prepaid programs for HSBC, SunTrust and Western Union.

At American Express, Kim led the development of the prepaid business by creating the platform for the Amex branded open loop Gift Card and Travelers’ Cheque Card products.  She also implemented the first Gift Card programs for major retailers, such as Best Buy and Barnes & Noble.

Kim has excellent sensibilities of what employees and customers want and expertly manages people, assets, strategic customers, business unit P&L, sales and marketing, product development, and operations initiatives. Kim is futuristic and strategic in her thinking – recognized by her peers for seeking the most advanced way to innovate in today’s rapidly evolving global marketplace.

Kim graduated with a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Utah.
