No more crowded foyer with Consumers waiting for a pager to light up. Consumers can leave the area to do other shopping or errands while they wait for the table. Consumers can even text the restaurant back letting you know they are on their way back. Mobile Notification allows the restaurant to eliminate costly pagers by using the Consumers’ mobile device while also collecting valuable Consumer data for future mobile marketing campaigns.
Mobile Notification and the Closed-Loop
How does Mobile Notification tie into the Closed-Loop? Mobile Notification works with the MIND element of the Closed-Loop. By collecting information from the Consumer’s visit, you can collect preferences to make the next visit even more personalized. It also ties to the REMIND element if Consumers opt-in to have future messages sent via text.
