Nancy has earned a rock-solid reputation in bringing innovative products to the market in many industries in over 15 years experience. Recognized as a high-energy business leader, Nancy is able to assess market opportunities, lead diverse cross-functional global teams in designing and launching compelling products. She also has a proven track record in bringing successful products to fruition through strong implementation and execution skills.

Nancy comes to ProfitStreams after four years of increasing responsibility at HOPS, an information technology and services company, where she developed and executed the strategic product road map. At First Data Corporation, Nancy led all product innovation, positioning, product development launches, and pricing for open and closed loop reporting, online payment gateway, and franchise settlement and client portal solutions. She began her career at Level 3, where she developed process solutions to increase efficiency and drive down costs.

She achieved a B.A. degree at Salem State College.
